At Carpuccino, we're starting to get excited about our next event ... two days of 'Hell' in the Guildford area ... Trailplus have their annual 'Hell Down South' event which takes runners to a new level of challenge, and pain!! Let's hope the temperatures are a tad warmer than the balmy -5 of last year!!!
