Rugby Fever!

Carpuccino is going to be up at Bradford Upon Avon RFC this Sunday for the Mini Rugby Festival .......... let's face it, with this cold snap, we're going to need all the warmth we can get .......... what better than having a fresh, delicious warm coffee to cuddle up to ... so do do come up and join in the fun!

Hell of a lot of fun!

On Saturday Carpuccino was at Cannock Chase providing support for the third of the Hellish run series ..... Hell in the Middle. 1,600 enthusiastic (if not slightly mad) runners took on the challenge of running 12 miles through mud, bogs, partly filled in quarries, and the gorgeous forests of Cannock Chase. The sun came out and there were muddy smiles all round :) A Great event organised by Trail Plus, well done Paul and the team!

Not surprisingly, Carpuccino was in hot demand - as soon as the gun went off and while the runners were fighting for a place at the front - so too were the spectators fighting for a spot in the coffee queue! Thank you to everyone for your patience! We got to you all happily in the end ..... the one draw back of delicious, freshly ground coffee, is the queue.

But a big thank you to the boys in blue who kept you all entertained, in the glorious sunshine!

Well, almost - still practising! Latte art isn't quite as easy as it looks!

Longleat 10K

.... this Sunday (6th Feb), come on down to Longleat House for a run around the park. Perfectly safe ;-) as the Safari Park is still closed - you can enjoy a gentle 10K run in spectacular scenery! Being organised by Race Timing Systems - it's not too late to enter, further information can be found here. Do come early - Carpuccino will be there to provide delicious hot drinks before you start, will promise to keep spectators warm while you're running, and will be there at the end to greet and congratulate you with a speciality coffee of your choice! See you there!

It's a Wrap!

After a couple of weeks with an exposed right panel, Carpuccino has been re-wrapped and is back to its former glory! Thanks to Dave and Raccoon who completed the job.

Carpuccino will be back at the entrance of Charlotte Street Car Park from Thursday 6th January 2011 serving delicious direct trade coffee and fresh croissants and pain au chocolate week day mornings till 10am. If you've not tried one - do stop next time you're passing :)
